Website and App Content & Analytics Manager in KLR Bus

Main responsibilities: Content management on the website and in the mobile application, updating information, products and services. Ensuring smooth operation of the site and the application, performance monitoring. Coordination of work with developers to update functionality and eliminate technical errors. Optimizing the user experience (UX/UI ) to improve interaction with customers. Analysis of user behavior with the help of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and implementation of improvements based on the data received. Support and SEO adjustments to improve search visibility. Management of integrations with CRM systems, payment services and other tools .User support and solving technical issues related to the site and the application.Requirements for the candidate: Work experience: at least 2 years in the position of site manager, application or similar position.Knowledge of technology: understanding of the principles of HTML, basic skills of working with CMS and mobile platforms (iOS, Android). SEO and analytics: experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO optimization skills. Technical literacy: understanding the principles of websites and applications, ability to work with technical teams. Project management: skills in coordination and management of site/application development processes, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an advantage. Communication and learning ability: ability to respond quickly to changes and work in a team, ensuring harmonious work between departments. English language: intermediate or high level to work with technical documentation and third-party services. Will be an advantage: Experience with mobile applications (on iOS and Android).
