Website Administrator (WordPress) in Attal, TOV

Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of websites on the WordPress platform. Odoo (or others from an e-commerce platform);
• Working with WordPress themes, including customization and design customization;
• Using and configuring the Gutenberg block editor to create and edit content;
• Installing, configuring and updating plugins such as WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, YITH Store Locator, WP Mail SMTP, WP Event Manager, UpdraftPlus (Backup/Restore), Simple Custom CSS and JS, Code Snippets, etc.;
• Uploading and uploading products to sites (for WooCommerce);
• Updating content: adding new pages, posts, images and videos;
• Optimizing sites to improve loading speed and security;
• Using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for monitoring and analytics, as well as setting up Pixels to track conversions;
• Working with graphic and video editors (Photoshop, DaVinci) to prepare and optimize content for the web;
• Interaction with developers to solve technical problems and introduce new functionalities;
• Support and update SEO settings to improve visibility in search engines.

Requirements:

• Experience with CMS WordPress, including:
  • Working with themes, plugins (WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, UpdraftPlus, etc.) and Gutenberg editor;
  • Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS for setting up and customizing the site;
• Knowledge of SEO basics and experience with SEO optimization tools;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel;
• Ability to work with graphic editors (Photoshop, DaVinci) to optimize photo and video content;
• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1 (to read documentation and work with international tools, to understand site content). All sites are in English;
• Ability to work with Excel for data processing and analytics;
• Ability to work in a team, responsibility and attention to details;
• Pass a test assignment for 2 hours.

Desired skills (preferred):

• Knowledge of Python to automate some processes;
• Experience in integrating sites with third-party services (CRM, payment systems, API);
• Experience in working with Odoo (ERP system) or other CRM/ERP systems;
• Knowledge and experience of working with chatbot and email marketing services (Send Pulse, etc.).
