Webmaster engagement manager in Berners Team

We are looking for a Webmaster Engagement Manager to help expand our partner network, recruiting experienced webmasters to work with our in-house offers and promotional offers in the Sweepstakes vertical. Your main task is to find and attract webmasters whowork with trafficfrom various sources and are ready to work with us on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Finding and recruiting webmasters to work with the Sweepstakes vertical.
• Negotiations with webmasters and arbitration teams.
• Working with sources of engagement: social networks, forums, specialized platforms, events and others channels.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of traffic arbitrage, affiliate marketing or attracting webmasters of 6 months or more.
• Vertical understandingSweepstakes and features of working with it (experience in other verticals is welcome: Dating, Nutra, Crypto).
• Experience with various traffic sources (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, native advertising, push notifications, teaser networks, etc.).
• Negotiating and successful engagement skills partners.
• Communication, responsibility and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to new conditions.
