Web3 UX/UI designer in Lightlink.io

We are looking for a UX/UI designer with experience in Web3 and a solid understanding of how frontend development works.

This is a remote position for 40 hours a month. We offer $1,000 in USDT. Additional workload is possible and will be compensated on a pro-rata basis at the pre-agreed rate.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the entire design system for lightlink.io and our sub-projects on Figma.
• Prepare mock-ups for landing pages and other website changes.
• Design templates for social media posts.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, proven by a portfolio.
• A component design approach and proficiency in Figma and Notion.
• Conversational English at least.
• Experience in Web3 would be a plus.
• A solid understanding of frontend development or previous experience in it would be a plus.

Hiring process:

- Fill out the screening questions on Djinni (5 minutes).
- Have a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, the Growth Lead.
- Complete a quick assignment (30 minutes).
