Web/WordPress Developer in SupportYourApp

Our product IT team is looking for an experienced and active Web/WordPress Developer to maintain and update our 3 product websites. You'll work your magic on making our websites visually appealing, user-friendly and featuring the latest features. Looking forward to working closely with our marketing and product teams to expand our online presence and support our growth goals. What we will be doing: Oversee the maintenance and updates of three product websites, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime; Develop new web pages and WordPress features by integrating sales pages, blogs, case studies and other relevant content; Customize WordPress themes and plugins to suit the branding and functional requirements of each website; Implement responsive design to make sites mobile-friendly; Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability; Collaborate with the product marketing team to implement marketing requirements for functional web design; Regularly update content, resolve any technical issues with product and support teams; Monitor industry trends and apply best practices in web design and developmentImportant and required: 2+ years of commercial experience in web development; Portfolio of previous work including responsive design and WordPress projects; Experience with WordPress including themes, plugins and block editor (Gutenberg, Elementor, WPBakery); Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript, and knowledge of React/VueJS for using Tailwind components; Basic knowledge of PHP; Understanding of template hierarchy and its basic principles; Basic understanding of SEO principles and ensuring their compliance with applications; Basic knowledge of browser testing and debugging; Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, GTM Events); Good understanding of site architecture and aesthetics;Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWould be a plus:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;Certificates related to web development;Sense of humor and love of art :)From us: Convenient fixed schedule during business hours; Competitive compensation in USD; The possibility to work remotely or in our spacious and well-equipped art office with a generator and uninterrupted internet if you are in Kyiv; A lot (a lot!) of interesting work; A creative team of professionals and no bureaucracy Corporate library.
