Web / UI/UX designer (Part-time) in ProActiveMode

We are looking for a Web / UI/UX Designer who will be involved in the development of digital product interfaces and improving the user experience for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, helping to shape design solutions that meet business requirements and provide convenience for end users.

The position provides part-time employment with the possibility of expanding cooperation to full-time as the involvement in projects increases.

?? Main Responsibilities 

• ?? Direct communication with the customer to clarify requirements and present design solutions

• ?? UI/UX development for web and mobile applications: wireframes, prototypes, mockups and design systems

• ?? Participation in the adaptation and refinement of interfaces based on feedback from the development team

• ?? Redesign and development of the company's corporate website

• ?? Creation of visual materials and design assets to support the sales team (presentations, landing pages, marketing materials)

Our expectations

• ?? Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile products

• ?? Understanding the principles of UX, usability and adaptive design

• ?? Ability to effectively interact with developers and customers

• ?? Experience with design tools (eg Figma or similar)

• ?? Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher for direct communication with customers and participation in work discussions

Will be a plus

• ?? Experience of participation in the full cycle of product development

• ?? Experience in creating or supporting design systems

• ?? Experience in developing marketing materials and presentations
