Requirements:

• Vast UX/UI experience in web design
• Outstanding portfolio (mostly contains web designs)
• Ability to conduct user research
• Understanding of the specific patterns for different HCIs and web designs (both desktop and mobile)
• Knowledge of composition, colors, and typography
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools, ability to learn new ones
• Ability to work in Figma
• Experience with Agile but not essential

Skills and Abilities:

• English skills of intermediate level or higher will be an advantage
• Open mindset and aspiration to be a team player
• Good taste in design is a must
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner
• Experience in using AI for design creation would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design experiences for the company’s web products
• Perform user research, design prototypes, and verify results
• Create User Centered Design (UCD) based on market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Communicate complex ideas, whether on paper, face to face, or designing UX and UI
• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines
