EN – Vacancy: Web Designer with UI/UX Experience 

We are seeking an experienced web designer with at least 3 years of experience in developing various web projects, including: 

• Landing pages 

• E-commerce websites 

• Mobile applications 

• User dashboards 

Requirements: 

• In-depth understanding of web components, layouts, and design adaptability across various devices (operating systems and screen resolutions). 

• Proficiency in Figma (creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups), as well as Illustrator and Photoshop. 

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to propose ideas and solutions and revise designs as needed. 

• Willingness to participate in client requirements analysis and develop briefs based on client needs. 

• Experience in creating moodboards. 

• Language Skills: A minimum requirement is proficiency in at least two languages – English (basic level sufficient for conversation, reading, and writing) and Russian (basic level is enough). 

Additional Advantages (optional): 

• Graphic design skills, such as logo design and brand book creation. 

Workload and Compensation: 

• Workload starts at quarter-time, with a minimum of 10 hours per week. 

• Compensation depends on experience and workload – starting from 1,000 EUR up to 2,500 EUR.
