Web Designer / Website Builder (Wix, Webflow, Tilda) in Soboliev Tech

We are a digital studio specializing in the creation of websites for small and medium-sized businesses, mainly for clients from Europe.
We work with site designers and focus on the quality of implementation, clear processes and responsibility for the result.

The format of the work involves a high degree of autonomy for a specialist, independent planning of working hours and compliance with agreed deadlines.

The company is also developing in the direction of using AI tools in web projects, so an interest or a basic understanding of this field will be an advantage.

The format of work is remote.

Main duties

• Creation of sites on Wix, Webflow, Tilda constructors according to the technical task or provided examples.
• Adaptation of sites for mobile devices.
• Basic edits and styling using HTML/CSS (indents, fonts, adaptive).
• Maintenance and updating of existing sites.
• Meeting deadlines and working communication.

Requirements for the candidate

• Commercial experience of creating sites from 2 years.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS at the level of styling and adaptive.
• Practical experience of working with one or more designers (Wix / Webflow / Tilda).
• Ability to reproduce a design based on a mockup or example.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, stability in work.
• Interest or basic understanding of AI tools will be a plus.

Terms of cooperation and payment

• Fixed part - 400 CHF (~523 USD).
• Bonus for realized projects.
• The average monthly income of an active specialist is 782 USD.
• The level of income depends on experience, work efficiency and the number of completed projects.
• Remote work format.
