Web Designer (UI/UX) in DevIT

The DevIT Group company is currently looking for a Web Designer (UI/UX) to join our team on a remote basis.

(First of all, we will consider candidates who have indicated real commercial work experience in the direction of Web Designer (UI/UX) (not courses + educational projects))

Needed skills:

• Experience of commercial work in web design from 1.5 years
• English: Upper-Intermediate (for working with interfaces, documentation and clients)
• Confident command of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Styles, prototyping)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding the principles of UI/UX and Product Design
• Experience with adaptive design (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile)
• Working with wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes
• Understanding the structure of conversion pages and trust blocks (CTA, social proof, guarantees, benefits, FAQ, etc.)
• Understanding Design Systems and ability to work with components and UI libraries
• Using grids, spacing and hierarchy to build interfaces
• Knowledge of color theory, typography and composition
• Ability to argue design solutions from the point of view of the user and business
• The desire for learning and professional development
• Portfolio is mandatory

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SaaS, web products or startups
• Experience with motion or micro-animations (After Effects, Figma Motion, Lottie, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and principles of responsive layout
• Experience using AI tools in design (for example: Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Relume, etc.)

Tasks:

• Updating the design of the company website: maintaining the current look and functionality of the website, adding new sections or pages when new services or products appear
• Update of company presentations, case studies
• Development of marketing materials (banners, illustrations for posts, etc.)

• Development and design of projects for web and mobile
