Job: Trainee/Junior Web Designer

Who do we need?We are looking for a creative and ambitious Trainee/Junior Web Designer who wants to start his career in the IT field. If you have a portfolio of educational projects, have a burning desire to create visually attractive and user-friendly interfaces, and are ready for intensive training, this job is for you! Experience is not necessary, because we are ready to invest in your development and provide all the necessary knowledge.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing for landing pages, corporate sites and mobile applications, focusing on modern trends and user needs.

• Creating prototypes and mockups of interfaces in Figma. You will work on UI (User Interface) - appearance and UX (User Experience) - ease of interaction.

• Improving existing designs, analyzing their effectiveness and proposing new, creative solutions.

• Working closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of your layouts.

• Participating in project discussions and brainstorming, offering your ideas to achieve the best results.

What do we expect from you?

• Understanding basic principles of UI/UX. We value not only aesthetics, but also logic and convenience.

• Confident mastery of Figma. This is our main tool, so it is important to be able to work in it.

• Availability of a portfolio that demonstrates your potential. These can be educational, conceptual or personal projects.

• Openness to learning and criticism. We believe that constructive feedback is the key to growth.

• Responsibility and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
