We are looking for a talented Web Analyst to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of web-data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer behavior;
• Creating custom reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms;
• Utilizing A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize product and funnel performance;
• Identifying and troubleshooting website tracking issues, recommending solutions to enhance data accuracy;
• Providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, user segmentation, and audience targeting;
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics.

Essential professional experience:

• 5 years of experience in Web Analytics;
• Deep understanding of Web Analytics tools;
• Understanding of data collection, storage, and transmission from a technical perspective;
• Experience analyzing A/B test results;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve common goals;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in web analytics.

Required professional experience:

• 5 years of experience in web analytics;
• Deep understanding of web analytics tools;
• Understanding the processes of data collection, storage and transfer from a technical point of view;
• Experience in analyzing the results of A/B tests;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve common goals;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate level.
