Web analyst in Fozzy group

? Job duties:

• Study of user journeys and identification of problem points.
• Building conversion funnels and their optimization.
• Setting up analytical tools (Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Hotjar, or others).
• Creating and configuring custom dashboards for reporting.
• Traffic , depth of views, average time on page, bounce rates.
• Conversions, audience engagement and ROI of marketing activities.
• Shuba.life content effectiveness analysis: article popularity, behavior readers.
• Traffic evaluation on GotoShop.ua, optimization for search queries.
• Development and analysis of tests to improve UX/UI and increase conversions.
• Regular training analytical reports with recommendations for marketing, content and development teams.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized education: information technology or economics.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in analytical tools: Google Analytics (required GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Hotjar, Mixpanel or similar.
• Understanding the fundamentals of web technologies and UX analytics.
• Experience building funnels conversions and analysis of the customer journey (user journey).?
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to find cause and effect relationships and formulate recommendations.
• ?Knowledge of SQL for working with databases ( will be a plus).
