Company Nestle Ukraine LLC Branch  announces a competition for the position of "Warehouse Manager" in Malekhov.

Main requirements:

• High level of mastery of MS Office (especially Excel) , knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience in logistics - will be an advantage.

Your future responsibilities:

• Registration and accounting of inbound/outbound transport by filling in approved forms both in the SAP system and in other provided registers (mainly in Excel ) and checklists.
• Control of the condition of the transport for compliance with the sanitary and technical norms adopted by Nestlé.
• Control of the compliance of the drivers of the transport, which arrived at the warehouses for unloading/loading of products, with the requirements of the norms occupational health and safety.
• Sealing of transport after loading, ensuring that drivers sign prepared packages of goods and accompanying documents.
• Maintaining an archive of check lists and copies of transport documents.
• Interaction with the warehouse in order to organize the efficient use of transport and prevent downtime.
• Preparation of reports at the request of the management, related to the analysis of the use of transport and the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.
