Main tasks:

• Jira and Confluence administration, including user management, setting permissions and customizing workflows processes, types of tasks and fields (Jira Server, Jira Cloud, Confluence);
• Configuration of projects in Jira and spaces in Confluence according to the requirements of teams and projects;
• Customization of workflows, screens and dashboards in Jira to streamline processes and improve productivity;
• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used in the organization to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration;
• Implementation automating rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to streamline task management, metrics collection, and documentation processes;

• Providing user training and support on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and problem-solving techniques.
  
  

  
  It is important for us:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Understanding of business processes and software development life cycle;
• Proactivity, ability to quickly learn and analyze specific tools and plugins to meet the needs of the team ;
• Expert knowledge of the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio, Structure) and JQL;
• Experience with POST functions and the Jira Automation plugin;
• Experience working with Script Runner will be an advantage.
