"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes change legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. We also pay attention to young people: we provide opportunities for the development of youth spaces, career and educational initiatives, help with employment and support initiatives for the development of communities.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communication, effective communication and self-development.

Our requirements:

  • higher education in the field of finance/ accounting and auditing;  
  • fluency in the Ukrainian language (proficiency in English will be an advantage);  
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to work with beneficiaries in difficult situations
  • PC - confident user (Word, Excel, Ppt, office 365); advanced user of MS Excel, 1C;  knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage;  
  • ability to work with data, large volumes of information;
  • experience in the field of social or humanitarian assistance, as well as the preparation of reports for international donors will be an advantage;
  • experience in supporting planning, implementation is welcome and monitoring of social projects;
  • basic understandingthe work of humanitarian organizations;   
  • responsibility, scrupulousness and attention to detail;
  • ability to work in a team and make decisions under limited time;  
  • initiative, responsibility, organization and attention to detail in documentation
  • excellent time management skills and meeting deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • organization and implementation of cash assistance procedures (vouchers) within the framework of the program for supporting vulnerable population groups;
  • ensuring compliance issuance of monetary assistance (vouchers) in accordance with established requirements and procedures;
  • planning the schedule for the distribution of monetary assistance (issuance of) vouchers, maintaining documentation regarding the issuance of monetary assistance (vouchers) and reporting on the use of funds;
  • analysis of the capacity and counseling of representatives of local communities and beneficiaries regarding the conditions and rules for receiving monetary assistance (vouchers) in order to ensure their awareness of the expected delivery of vouchers or goods and their timely development of distribution plans;
  • timely informing suppliers of goods (services) in order to ensure their readiness before the start of voucher distribution;
  • direct interaction with MEL and distribution teams, as well as other departments and units to ensure efficiency and coordination of the process of issuing cash assistance (vouchers);
  • gathering of statistical data and information important for project implementation;
  • conducting analytics to evaluate the results and impact of the project;
  • preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as well as reports "on request" of a partner international humanitarian organization (indicative and narrative reports) based on the results of the implementation of project activities;
  • writing analytical materials, providing recommendations regarding changes/improvements in the implementation of project activities;
  • monitoring the implementation of project indicators and informing the team;
  • in cooperation with other team members, to carry out other activities in order to best implement the goals and objectives of the project
