We are now at the stage of active scaling, so we are looking for a Voice Support Manager (UA).

What will you do:

• input and outgoing calls; l>
• interact with adjacent units to solve the problem of the client;
• accompany the client to fully solve the problem;
• record complaints and wishes of clients; > Create an atmosphere of care and attention. Candidate:
  • has experience in support from 1 year;
  • fluent Ukrainian;
  • loves difficult tasks;
  • has analytical abilities, can analyze and systematize information;
  • stressful and responsible;
  • has a cool sense of humor:)

  • has its own PC for work. /p>
