VK system engineer (Revit, BIM) in Planit

We are looking for a highly qualified specialist in water supply and sewage systems (WC) who has basic knowledge of information modeling (BIM). You will actively interact with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to ensure cross-system coordination, identify potential problems when working with ready-made project solutions, and develop installation drawings for our projects. You are an ideal candidate if you have: Experience in designing or modeling water supply and drainage systems; Confident use of CAD/BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Autocad MEP); Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with other departments of a construction project; High level of responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to work under limited time; Proficiency in English at the Pre-Intermediate level and above. Will be a significant plus at the selection stage: Understanding the process of installing systems; Understanding the process of manufacturing system elements using CNC equipment; Understanding foreign/international standards (for example, IPC, UPC); Skills in using specialized software for calculations/simulation; Programming skills in Python, SQL. Main responsibilities: Analysis of project solutions, identification of potential inconsistencies in VC systems; Coordination and identification of potential conflicts during the installation of systems in the early stages of project implementation using BIM; Cooperation with a team of specialists to ensure the integration of the BIM system of the VC into the overall project model and the development of installation drawings taking into account the needs of the construction site; Ensuring compliance of work projects with standards and regulations.
