This person will report to the Visual Merchandising Manager; however, they will play an essential role in supporting the VM team as a whole. This is a temporary internship of approximately three months from late May/early June to late August/early September 2024 with the potential to extend to a full-time position.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and organize all deliveries on behalf of the Visual Merchandising team ​Work cross-functionally with team on all comps needs, send out to necessary vendor partners, and communicate tracking accordinglyKeep gondola room clean and organized and ensure all fixtures are updated and stocked for the latest updates in collaboration with VM teamUpdate seasonal Show & Tell deck with final approved renders and in store photos as projects are finalizedMaintain and organize team portfolio of competitive merchandising as inspiration to keep ahead of innovationCollaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Retail Marketing, and Sales teams to provide support as needed for ongoing projectsOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSInterest in the Visual Merchandising space as a career pathAt least 1 year of work/intern experience with experience in related fields of study a plusCollaborative spirit and positive attitudeStrong project management skillsAbility to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Suite, and preferably Adobe SuiteMust be available to be in the El Segundo based office generally on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and able to work up to 30 hours weeklyPHYSICAL DEMANDSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 30 lbs Show more Show less Должностной уровень Стажер Тип занятости Стажер Должностные обязанности Маркетинг Отрасли Производство товаров для личной гигиены
