👋 Hello! My name is Stanislav, I am the Product Marketing Design Lead at Liven, a business in the SKELAR ecosystem. We are currently looking for a Middle / Senior Visual Designer in the marketing team who will strengthen our product marketing team and together with us will scale our business and help people. SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. Liven is a company that creates products for forming healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the necessary information so that they can better understand themselves and their problems, as well as tools to solve these pains. What challenges await you: Support and development of visual style for communications in various marketing channels; Optimization of the process of creating visual content; Web Funnels: generation of AI models, creation of graphs and other visuals, sometimes work with custom icons; ASO: development of design of screens in stories for conducting tests; Email: creation of separate visuals and banners for various events; SMM: supervision of contractors and ready-made visuals for compliance with product/brand book; Sometimes help with creating presentations for the team. What is important to us: You have commercial experience in marketing and an up-to-date portfolio and are ready to show it; You know Figma and the Adobe package perfectly; You know AI tools (Midjourney, Freepik AI, etc) and you know how to generate visual content according to TK; You know how to work with identity: brand book and guidelines; You work confidently with typography and typesetting; You know how to use modern trends in design; You are focused on the result and speed of work; You adapt to different conditions and adhere to deadlines.
