We are looking for a caring friend for our most valuable customers-VIP of a manager who is indifferent to interesting tasks and challenges. your tasks will be:

• customer base analysis. /
• involvement in communications in order to increase the activity on the project
• Working with personal offers for clients
• providing personalized support aimed at improving client experience
• Processing of incoming and outgoing appeals (telephone, mail, messengers)
• Analytics and reporting

• experience in IGAMING /Gambling from 2 years old
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Free Ukrainian language (written and oral)
