VIP customer support in Galaktica

We are the Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like the main product, has been around for over 5 years. Galaktica's products are successful, enabling us to provide growth and development for our employees. Now we are actively expanding and in connection with this we are looking for a Retention manager for VIP customers, who has a successful experience in the US market.
 

You will earn $1500-2000 already in the first months of cooperation with us, and then everything will depend on your results. Most importantly, your earnings are unlimited and will be tied to the number of users you bring back to the platform. Each return of such a user will be tracked and you will earn from the amount that the user spends on the product for a period of 3 months after the return. You will have a clear grade according to the implementation of the plan for replenishment of the user after return.

You will have an individual plan for the month (according to the number of returned users). The more users you return, the higher the payout from all returned users (You will see your bonus in real time day by day).
 

Your task will be:

• Develop and implement a customer retention strategy: planning loyalty programs, promotions, personalized offers;
• Analysis of customer churn: studying the reasons for loss customers and development of measures for their return;
• Communication with customers: maintaining constant interaction through various channels (email, phone, social networks);
• Monitoring loyalty indicators: tracking metrics such as NPS, LTV, and level of customer satisfaction.
   

By what criteria are you suitable for us:

< li>You speak fluent English like written and verbal;
• You managed VIP users as a personal manager;
• You had experience working with users from the USA (experience of communicating with users from Canada and the UK would be a plus);< /li>
• You know how to bring the user back to the platform;
• You worked in sales or in a customer retention position;
• You know how to listen and convince users.
