We are currently looking for our ideal VIP Account Manager to join our team to achieve cool results together.

What will you do:
• Processing chats, letters from VIP clients;
• Working with daily tasks (communication with top depositors for the day, with players who win a lot, with players with a large balance , work on the return of inactive players, help with unsuccessful deposits, promotion of players to VIP status);
• Creating close friendly relations with VIP customers through communication with them and providing personalized service;
• Cooperation with other departments for passing on problems of VIP players;
•  Participation in brainstorms and team meetings to improve the work of the department.
 

What you will need for this:
• Experience working with clients for 1 year (Customer Support/Sales/VIP Manager);
• Communication skills with clients (ability to solve client problems, provide personalized communication, work with an individual approach);
• Possession in English B2+;
• Openness, communication, creativity;
• Proactivity and responsibility;
• Ability to organize oneself and manage one's working time.

• Experience in iGaming;
• Experience with the SoftSwiss platform;
