General Information

Foundation "Partnership for a Strong Ukraine" (FPSU) is a multi-year, donor program implemented by the Kimonix International company under the management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth of Nations and Development (MFA) of the Great Britain and the Government of Ukraine. 

The goal of the FPSU is to provide the Ukrainian state with better conditions for managing the inclusive recovery and revival of Ukraine in partnership with civil society and the private sector in the face of Russian aggression. 

Responsibilities:

    Providing comprehensive video documentation, from on-site event recording to documenting field and outdoor events (such as fairs, festivals, etc.) to recording interviews, sound clips and video appeals.

  • Participation in visits to objects within Kyiv region (for example, visiting schools, hospitals, festivals) , as well as recording the key moments of these trips – both formal and informal. 

  • Record audio clips during speakers' live performances or during individual interviews/comments. 

  • final text on the screen, logos, subtitles, etc. Willingness to make multiple rounds of changes based on preliminary comments from various stakeholders. 

Qualification

To ensure high-quality service provision, the Provider must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: demonstrated experience in professional videography, in particular in event documentation and field trips. Experience with non-commercial or international development projects is an advantage. 

  • Specialized Skills: Knowledge of high definition videography and advanced editing skills using standard software (eg Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). 

  • Equipment: Access to high-quality video and audio equipment, including lighting, tripods, microphones, and more. 

  • Efficiency: the ability to create highready-made video in the agreed terms. 

Volume of engagement (LOE: About 5 days per month, actual The LOE depends on the tasks and needs of the FSSU. The term of the contract is 12 months.

PFRU-2 Recruitment - Candidate Application

Background

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), implemented by Chemonics International, is a multi-year, multi-donor funded program managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and governed in collaboration with the Government of Ukraine. PFRU's aim is to set improved conditions for the Ukrainian state, in partnership with civil society and the private sector, to lead on inclusive national recovery and revitalization in the context of Russia's aggression. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive video documentation, from on-site recordings of events to document field trips and outdoor activities (such as fairs, festivals, etc.), to record interviews, soundbites and video-addresses. • Attend events such as conferences, seminars, trainings, workshops in Kyiv or Kyiv region to capture both formal and informal settings of these events.
  • Attend field trips within Kyiv region (e.g., visits to schools, hospitals, and festivals) and capture key highlights of these trips – both formal and informal.
  • Capture speakers' soundbites during live speeches or during separate interview/comment opportunity.
  • Based on PFRU's scope of work, develop draft videos within the specified timeframe with possible addition of speakers' titles, intro/outro text on screen, logos, sub-titles, etc. Be ready to incorporate several rounds of changes based on draft reviews by various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The vendor should meet the following qualifications to ensure high-quality service delivery:

  • Experience: demonstrated experience in professional videography, particularly in documenting events and field activities. Experience working with nonprofit or international development projects is an advantage.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in high-resolution videography and advanced editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Equipment: access to high-quality videography and audio equipment, including lights, tripods, microphones, etc.
  • Efficiency: capability to deliver high-quality, edited videos within the agreed timelines.

LOE: Approximately 5 days per month, with actual LOE dependent on assignments and PFRU needs. The contract duration - 12 months.
