Help is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Videographer/PR Assistant who will support the organization's activities in the field of communications and public relations through the creation of high-quality visual content, assist in the implementation of PR activities, and also increase visibility and awareness of the organization's humanitarian activities

Key responsibilities< b style="font-weight: 700">and responsibility:

• Take and edit professional photos and videos , documenting the activities of the organization, events and stories of people who received help;
• Make trips to project sites to collect visual content, ensuring confidentiality, dignity and signed consent;
• Create interesting multimedia materials for social networks, website, information brochures and reports, following the corporate guide;
• Maintain a digital archive of visual materials for easy access and use in communications;
• Assist in the organization of press events, donor visits and campaigns, providing photography and videography services as needed;
• Assist in the preparation of visual materials for reports, updates for donors and presentations, as well as creating infographics and visuals for social media posts;
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethical standards during field trips.

Qualification:

• Experience in photography and videography, preferably in the humanitarian or development fields;
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar programs ;
• Skills in visual storytelling and content creation for social networks and other platforms;
• Understanding the principles ofpublic relations, branding and media relations;
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including conflict-affected areas, and undertake professional travel as necessary;
• Organizational skills and time management skills;
• Fluency in Ukrainian andEnglish languages.

Help is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Videographer/Photographer and PR Assistant to support the organization’s communication and public relations efforts by creating high-quality visual content, assisting with PR activities, and enhancing visibility and awareness of the organization’s humanitarian work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capture and edit professional photos and videos documenting the organization’s activities, events, and human interest stories.
• Conduct field visits to project sites to gather visual content while ensuring privacy, dignity, and consent.
• Create engaging multimedia materials for social media, websites, newsletters, and reports, adhering to branding guidelines.
• Maintain a digital archive of visual assets for easy access and use in communications.
• Assist in organizing press events, donor visits, and campaigns, providing photography and videography services as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of visuals for reports, donor updates and presentations, as well as creating infographics and visuals for social media posts;
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and ethical standards while working in field locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography and videography, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills for social media and other platforms.
• Understanding of public relations, branding, and media engagement principles.
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including conflict-affected areas, and travel as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
