Video WiFi QA Lead in Ajax Systems

The WiFi QA Tech Lead plays a key role in ensuring that what we deliver is not only functionally correct, but also reliable, visible and sustainable in the real world. This role is not about "testing at the end". It's about bringing quality into the product lifecycle — from requirements to field operation.

We're looking for a WiFi QA Tech Lead in the Video area to strengthen our team and build and scale this area with us. Key skills:

• In-depth knowledge of network technologies (TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, ARP);
• Experience in managing work wpa_supplicant, iw, ip, hostapd, ifconfig;
• Knowledge of Linux (structure and hierarchy of processes, confident use of cli, work with embedded linux, work with network and debugging tools);
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi technology at the levels of radio basics (antenna characteristics, signal spectrum, MCS, MU-MIMO) and software (beacons, frames, mesh) support, as well as: differences in generations, authentication, etc.;
• Theory and practice of testing process management: creation of high-level test documentation, design testing methodologies, performing RCA, team workload planning.

Personal qualities:

• Experience in successfully building cross-team communications;
• Working in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe);
• Ability to work in dynamic conditions (changing requirements, approaches);
• Ability to build cause and effect communications;
• Ability to investigate non-obvious problems, an out-of-box approach to solving problems.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with hardware products and measuring equipment;
• Theoretical knowledge of the physical component of radio waves;
• Experience with Wi-Fi modules from different manufacturers;
• 3+ years of team management experience (5+ engineers)to propose and implement own ideas that have an impact on the product and production;
