• Creation of authentic content: Editing of Reels, TikTok and Shorts capable of collecting millions of reach.

• Implementation trends: Quick adaptation to the algorithms that are "flying" right now.

• Work for the result: Analysis of why the video became successful and the scaling of this success.

• Technical creativity: Professional work with dynamics, subtitles, trending music and visual effects.

• Style: Preserving the premium and aesthetic tone of voice of the brand through visuals.

Our candidate:

• Has cases with millions of views (this will be your main advantage).

• Has experience in video editing from 1 year and feels the rhythm and frame at the level of instincts.

• Masters CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
