Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role focuses on developing and editing short-form video content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aimed at driving engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to showcase products and drive conversions.
Edit raw footage to highlight product features, usability, and benefits in a visually appealing way.
Optimize videos for various ad formats, aspect ratios, and mobile-first design.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Add graphics, animations, and text overlays for dynamic product highlights and call-to-action elements.
Edit background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to boost engagement.
Analyze video performance and conduct A/B tests to improve CTR and conversions.
Stay updated on e-commerce video trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Ensure timely delivery of video projects, working with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
1+ years of experience in video editing and creating ads for e-commerce.
Strong aesthetic sense and eye for visual storytelling and product presentation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to new trends and tools.
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Open to overtime and weekend work during peak seasons (Q4, holidays).
Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
Proficient in project management tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Excel).
