Role mission:Creating videos that sell the product, keep the viewer's attention and ensure stable CR through strong presentation and visual logic. The focus is on VSL and performance formats with a clear submission logic and result orientation.

Requirements:

• Experience with VSL knowledge of the structure, the logic of the viewer with a focus on conversion.

• Using AI solutions to speed up production and improve the quality of the final product.
none">Experience of interaction with designers, marketers. funnels, technical requirements of the platforms and the characteristics of the target audience of different markets. Professional skills: knowledge:

Skills:

• The ability to use AI to optimize assembly, automate routine processes and reduce production time without losing quality.

• Proactivity in testing hypotheses, improving presentation and strengthening elements that influence the outcome of the video.

• Organization of own work process, prioritization of tasks and responsibility for timely delivery of projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• VSL video editing and adaptation from draft to final with a focus on retaining attention and increasing conversion.

• Precise synchronization of video with speech, lip syncing and timing control. Working with subtitles.

• Meeting established deadlines without losing quality.

• Video preparation and optimization in accordance with the technical and content requirements of Amazon Ads.

• Adapting the video to the format of listings and performance marketing tasks.

• Communication with the team regarding tasks and results.
