Video Creator & Editor in EvoPlay

We are looking for a creative, active and caring person who sees the sense in helping others with their content. You are not just a content creator - you feel stories, create emotion and understand how to convey strength, unity and authenticity through a frame. This is a role for a proactive video maker who wants to capture real stories, make useful content and see the results of their work. You are joining one of the largest product IT holdings, where each frame can inspire thousands of people.

What to do:

• Shoot and edit videos - corporate events: lectures, HR events, corporate social responsibility, volunteer projects and support ZSU (promo, interviews, stories, reports).
• Create videos of various formats for internal communications.
• Edit videos that charge energy - from announcements to videos from events.
• Turn even "raw" material into dynamic and understandable content.
• Test formats that attract and motivate the team to act - from classic videos to meme shorts (we creativity, humor and liveliness - without cringe, but with energy).
• Work in connection with event managers, brand team, CSR manager and HR People partners.

What we expect from you:

• You have experience in filming and editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci or others - not essential, the main thing is the result).
• You are attentive, you learn quickly and can organize your work process independently.
• You have your own equipment or know how to shoot quality content on a smartphone.
• You understand how to convey mood, dynamics and emotion through a shot.
• A sense of balance between serious and light: you know where you can use humor, and where you need to be simple and genuine.
• You are not afraid of initiative.
• You are not just “editing according to technical specifications”, but you are looking for ways to do better.
• You are close to the topics of team spirit, support and volunteering.
• You love live content - without regulations, but with emotion.
• It will be a plus if you have your own, active channel - youtube, tik-tok etc.
