Veterans support manager and their loved ones in mobile office in Veteran Hab

For more than five years, Veteran Hub has been working to support the warriors and their loved ones. We are now improving our free services throughout the network and looking for a veterans/OK support manager and their loved ones. We need a person who will work in a mobile office team in the Vinnytsia region to work with the target audience. A person in this position will be the main liaison element between clients/Kama and all network services and partner organizations. She or he will coordinate clients within the organization, provide support, direct to other consultants and accompany them in the way of improving their well-being. FONT-Weight: 700 "> Support Manager is a person who:

• conduct a comprehensive identification, analysis and priority of the client's needs, in accordance with the Instruction and approved approach
• Develop a plan of satisfaction of needs clients, fill it together and accompany it in the process of implementation
• Analyze the opportunities and services within the organization, partner organizations or other external providers and familiarize with them clients
• Advise about the organization's services (job search , educational capabilities, grant opportunities, hobbies and volunteer initiatives, using the knowledge base)
• to coordinate service providers within the network

• Administer the process of leaving the client on mental health services and accompany them in the process of receiving

  • Education in the fields of social work, sociology, pedagogy, psychology or other related specialties
  • experience of work by a social worker, a case manager with a target audience from 2 years in public, state-owned audience Or corporate sectors
  • be able to provide first psychological assistance to clients and, if necessary, involve psychologists to provide crisis counseling
