QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher or secondary specialized education, possibly a student/ - of the last course or correspondence form of education;
• You communicate competently and confidently in the Ukrainian language;
• Communication and responsibility;
• Willingness to work in day and night shifts

Desired:

• Experience in banking or finance (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience in telephone verification with the client;
• Resistance to stress, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data; ability to work in a team for results;
• Competent Ukrainian language.

YOUR ROLE:

• Conduct remote verification of documents (verification process)
• Conducting video calls with clients for video verification (the operator sees only the client's video, does not connect his own video);
• Overlaying the KEP on the entire package of documents (confirming the correctness of the verification );
• Work in a modern office at the address — str. Raisy Okipnoi, 8B.
