QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher or secondary special education, possibly a final year student education;
• Communicate competently and confidently in Ukrainian;
• Communication and responsibility;
• Willingness to work in day and night shifts

Desired:

• Experience in the banking or financial sphere (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience in conducting telephone verification with a client;
• Resistance to stress, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data; the ability to work in a team for a result;
• Competent Ukrainian language.

YOUR ROLE:

• Conducting remote verification of documents (verification process)
• Conducting video calls with clients for video verification (the operator sees only the client's video, does not connect his own video);
• Overlaying the KEP on the entire package of documents (confirming the correctness of the verification);
• Working in modern office
