QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher or secondary special education, possibly a student of the last year or correspondence form of education;
• Communicate competently and confidently in Ukrainian;
• Communication and responsibility;

• Willingness to work day and night shifts

Desired :

• Experience in banking or finance (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
< li>Experience of telephone verification with the client;
• Stress resistance, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data; the ability to work in a team for a result;
• Competent Ukrainian language.

YOUR ROLE:

• Remote verification of documents (verification process)
• Conducting video calls with clients for video verification (the operator sees only the client’s video, does not connect his own video);
• Overlaying the KEP on the entire package of documents (confirming the correctness of the verification);
• Working in modern office at the address: st. Raisy Okipnoi, 8B or str. Andriivska, 4.
