QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher or secondary special education, possibly a student/ -ka of the last course or correspondence form of education;
• You communicate competently and confidently in the Ukrainian language;
• Communication and responsibility;
• Willingness to work in day and night shifts

Desired:

• Experience in banking or finance (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience in telephone verification with the client;
• Stress resistance, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data; ability to work in a team for results;
• Late Ukrainian.

YOUR ROLE:

• Conducting remote verification of documents (verification process)
• Conducting video calls with clients for video verification ( the operator sees only the client's video, does not connect his video);
• Superimposition of the KEP on the entire package of documents (confirmation of the correctness of the check);
• Work in a modern office at 8B Raisy Okipnoi St.
