QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Higher or secondary special education, possibly a student of the last year or part-time study;
• You communicate competently and confidently in the Ukrainian language;
• Communicability and responsibility;
• Readiness to work in day and night shifts

Desired:

• Experience in the banking or financial sphere (work in an MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience in conducting telephone verification with a client;
• Resistance to stress, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data; ability to work in a team for a result;
• Competent Ukrainian language.

YOUR ROLE:

• Conducting remote verification of documents (verification process);
• Conducting video calls with clients for video verification (the operator sees only the client's video, does not connect his own video);
• Superimposition of the KEP on the entire package of documents (confirmation of the correctness of the verification);
• Work in a modern office at the address - Kyiv; St. Raisy Okipnoi, 8B.
