• Checking of sent documents, user verification.
• Consideration of withdrawals of large sums.
• Request absentees documents.
• Processing of chats.
• Initiation of initial request for documents.
• Basic check of game activity (whether he used a VPN or abused bonuses).

  What you need for this:

  • Hard skills:
    • Knowledge of KUS processes ( verification of clients according to regulatory requirements).
    • Ability to work with identification documents.
    • Analytical thinking (ability to detect suspicious activities).
    • Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be an additional plus).

  • Soft skills:

    • Attention to details (accuracy in checking data).
    • Team player (communication within the team and between departments).
    • Resistance to stress (routine work) .
    • Implementation of the norms of work with personal data (ethics and confidentiality).
