Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation (UCSC) is an independent analytical center specializing in national security issues. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities by conducting research, developing strategic communications, and implementing partnership projects. 

Requirements:

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, literacy.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• High level of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.

• Experience with social advertising and advertising will be an advantage.
  • Tasks:
    • Active work with media, video, Performance Max, Demand Gen.

    • Creating new advertising campaigns from scratch: from idea and structure to launch and optimization.

    • Implementation of new ideas and approaches in advertising campaigns with the aim of increasing efficiency.

    • Preparation of texts for advertisements.

    • Planning of advertising strategies according to the goals.

      Setting up and controlling the correctness of conversion tracking (GTM / Google Ads / Google Analytics).

    • Regular monitoring and optimization of campaigns based on key metrics.

    • Testing hypotheses, ad formats and creative solutions.

    • Managing several projects in parallel while meeting deadlines.

    • Control of campaign compliance with Google Ads advertising policies.
