We are looking for a person who will create content for shop.kyivstar.ua — online store, where you can order a new Kyivstar number or device.

What you will do

• Design content for user tasks (from titles, descriptions, forms and buttons to transactional SMS)
• Explain the complex in simple words
• Research the effectiveness and comprehensibility of interface texts Improve the tone and voice of the product
• Work with the CMS

Your task is to immerse yourself as much as possible in the product, study all its advantages and disadvantages. Together with the PO, analysts, designers and developers, you will create a commercially successful story. On the other hand, you have to care about the needs and "pains" of users and strive to solve them.

The specialist we are looking for

• Fluent in the Ukrainian language
• Worked as a UX writer/content designer in a product company more than 2 years
• Has experience working with CMS (any)
• Basic familiarity with interface design services (Figma or others)
• Can work with analytics and usability services
• Knows user research
• Ready to work within the framework of the Scrum method
• Eager to learn and apply new knowledge in practice
• Initiative
• Think systematically
