What you will do Design content for user tasks (from headers, forms and buttons to transactional emails and instructions) Explain the complex in simple words Research the effectiveness and comprehensibility of interface texts Work with in the tone and voice of the product Prepare release notes Your task is to immerse yourself in the product as much as possible, to study all its advantages and disadvantages. Together with the PO, analysts, designers, developers and the retail team, you will create a commercially successful story. On the other hand, you must care about the needs and "pains" of users and strive to solve them. The specialist we are looking for is fluent in Ukrainian. Worked as a UX writer/content designer in a product company for over 2 years. Can work with analytics and usability services.
