UX Writer in Ajax Systems

We have several applications for users and businesses and are looking for someone who enjoys complex systems and technologies and can strengthen the UX writing team. You will mostly work with designers, business analysts, developers, product managers, so it is important not to be shy to ask questions and propose bold solutions.

In this position, you will be able to combine managerial and creative tasks, build processes, and improve the user experience in cooperation with designers. What you need to do:

• Create texts for applications in English and Ukrainian languages;
• Maintain the relevance of the text in the design and prepare content for transfer to relevant teams (development, localization);
• Develop tone of voice, shape guides;
• Research the product in order to offer better solutions for interfaces.

What skills must be possessed:

• Experience in writing texts: interfaces, instructions, marketing articles;
• Perfect command of Ukrainian and English languages;
• Awesome attention and attention to detail;
• Ability defend your point of view and take responsibility for your own decisions;
• Communication, proactivity, time management and teamwork skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Figma;
• Technical/engineering background;
• Understanding of system UX: structure, architecture, hierarchy information.
