UX/UI Designer (remote) in Charity Foundation Children of Heroes

Children of Heroes is a charitable foundation that provides long-term assistance to children who lost one or both parents as a result of the Russian war in Ukraine.

The mission of the charity foundation "Children of Heroes" is to pay tribute to Ukrainians who lost their lives because of Russian aggression, we want to give their children the opportunity to grow and develop. Our task is to create a favorable environment for them, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a bright future for themselves and for Ukraine. 

Our goal is to give the children of Ukrainian Heroes hope, opportunities and a path to happiness for the sake of creating a free and prosperous nation.

We have an open UX position. >/UI Dysigner (remote).

• Creating a portrait of the target audience
• Analyzing the behavior of site users and landing pages
• A/ Under testing
• Development of the interface for landing pages and the Foundation website based on UX data
• Development of user behavior scenarios
• Development of page style
• Creation layouts and prototypes
• Development of a single visual style of the brand
• Development of digital layouts (banners/visuals for social networks, visuals and banners for online media and partner sites and newsletters) and printed materials (postcards, flyers, merch)
• Regular design of presentations, reports, newsletters, information guides
• Periodic development of a related identity for individual fund projects
• Generation of creative ideas regarding registration of communication activities

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more      
• Basic knowledge web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks
• English - intermediate level
• Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma programs
• Understanding color theory , composition, typography, principles of usability of interfaces
