UX/UI designer, architect (Junior+/Middle) in SOFT.UA, OOO

I am a manager at SOFT.UA.
We are looking for a UX/UI designer-architect for our projects.

Who we are looking for

We need a UX/UI designer-interface architect: a person who can design logical, clear scenarios (from onboarding/login to complex dashboards and dashboards) and design it into a modern, clean UI without over-complication.

This role is best for you if you specialize in admins, CRM-like dashboards, personal accounts, complex forms, tables, filters, statuses, access rolesetc.
If you are more about corporate sites/landings with a focus on visuals/typography/photos - we respect that, but we have a different type of tasks.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience (can be non-commercial; ideally 2-2.5).

• Confident command of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Styles).

• Ability to work with layout and components, maintain system.

• Understanding UX principles: scenarios, states, edge-cases, usability and simplicity.

• Using AI-tools to speed up work (GPT, Figma Make, etc.).

Level: Junior+ or Middle.
We will consider a student without commercial experience if the portfolio is relevant (admins/CRM/offices/onboarding).

A plus will be

Experience withtables, filters, roles/access rights, complex forms, validation, errors, empty states, statuses processes.

About us

SOFT.UA is a team that develops and supports web products: online stores, B2B portals, personal accounts, internal systems.

At the same time, we are developing MICTO.UA ("I and Health") - online medical portal. This is our pet project, which we are bringing to the level of a social and commercial product of an all-Ukrainian scale.

About the MICTO.UA product

Currently, this is the largest catalog of communal medical facilities in Ukraine, which also includes private medical facilities.

There is public part (directory of medical facilities, doctors, knowledge base, etc.) and administrative part - offices for patients, medical facilities, doctors, where they manage information about themselves, services/goods and interaction.

In the future - elements of a social network, marketplace (eCommerce), price aggregator, forum.

What are youwill do (the design process must include)

• User flow (scenarios/user path),

• Wireframes (screen structure),

• Clickable prototypes in Figma,

task

1. Registration of a medical facility: communal/private, network/single; the institution may already be in the database or be new - think through UX scenarios without confusion.

2. Medical institution office > catalog of services: manual creation of categories/services, descriptions, prices + import from Excel (check data, errors, hints, confirmation).

3. Public page of the medical institution: beautifully and conveniently display the catalog of services (structure, search/filters, CTA).

   1. Checkout of the online store: redesign according to audit results to increase conversion.
      
      
      

      Work format and communication

      • Remote, full-time 09:00–18:00 (breaks are ok).

      • Correspondence - daily.

      • Reviews/edits once every 1–3 days (at the start more touches to dive into projects faster; later - more autonomy).

      • Once a week - call for comprehensive review.

      • We adjust the process according to the tasks.

      • Also, on MICTO.UA we periodically involve volunteer designers of the middle+ level (design/consultations). You will have the opportunity to interact with them and exchange experience.

      
      
      

      What will be a success for us in the first month (after the test period)

      • Established communication: mutual comfort, shared values, predictability in work.

      • You have grasped the essence of the projects and available design materials.

      • Viewed public and the admin part of MICTO.UA and suggested improvements.

      • The same is true for our online stores.

      • At the same time, we closed actual small and medium design tasks.


We are interested in growing a strong product designer, so for people who quickly take responsibility and give a stable result, we foresee a revision of conditions after the first tangible results/releases and expansion of the area of responsibility.
