Your Role: Drive product development byaligning with our vision and conducting experiments tobetter understand our customers (e.g., A/B Testing, User interviews). Shape the user experience byestablishing our Design System and creating prototypes using tools like Figma. Provide direction for visual design, ensuring alignment with our Design System. Collaborate with the development team tostreamline processes for swift product implementation. Your Qualities: Proficiency inmodern web application principles. Ability todeeply understand customer needs and validate assumptions. Experience transitioning from product vision todesign toimplementation. Proficiency invector graphics editing tools like Figma. Alignment with company goals and culture, with the ability towork autonomously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability tocollaborate across disciplines and levels.
