We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a UX Researcher! ✅ Your future tasks: planning and execution of quantitative user research to determine their needs for mobile and web solutions; setting up user research infrastructure, including software, hardware, labs, and participant panels; generating hypotheses based on user insights and turning them into experiments to test and optimize products; providing consulting to workers groups regarding user research and usability testing, as well as the use of appropriate methods; conducting UX tests, corridors and other types of testing for effective hypothesis testing; organizing and conducting observations, interviews, surveys, unmoderated and moderated usability tests, etc.; drawing up proposals in in the form of prototypes and analysis of research results; development of recommendations for further product development; constant improvement of research methods. 💪 Your skills: you have at least 3 years of experience in Quantitative or Mixed Methods UX research; confident user of Figma, Figjam, Excel; able to find insights and develop user-centered product concepts; ability to create prototypes in collaboration with product management and designers, and test them using standard test methods; effectively plan and execute usability tests, and scientifically evaluate results in a business context and present them to internal stakeholders parties; you actively develop your research methods and learn new approaches; you have experience in planning and carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, as well as the ability to moderate user interviews and usability tests; the ability to work in conditions of a large number of stakeholders and many research tasks; you can express your ideas and participate in constructive discussions; you have a high level of self-management and the ability to effectively set priorities in a dynamic environment; your communication skills allow you to communicate effectively in a team; the spoken English level is Upper-intermediate. 🤞 Preferably, but not critical: knowknowledge of Python (or the desire to acquire this knowledge), interest in the field of AI Technologies; the ability to clearly formulate design decisions and focus on UX and understanding of user behavior; knowledge of German and/or French. 🌟 Our advantages: we like tasks with an asterisk, because they reveal potential; we speak directly and simply, even about complex things; we do not like bureaucracy and outdated approaches - we give freedom of action; we have our own capacity to create technological solutions from scratch; we use cloud storage, Kubernetes and other components of digital maturity; we strive to automate the routine in order to use time for development and professional growth within the company; we offer a clear career plan with Performance Review, trainings, mentoring programs, the opportunity to partially work on additional projects to test others technologies. 🍪 Mast-hev: hybrid work - work where it is comfortable and safe; flexible start of the working day - start when it is convenient for you; official registration in Ukraine or Poland - we will support you in solving bureaucratic issues and help with documents; 20 days of paid vacation, public holidays and sick leave - we are for work-life balance; medical insurance in top clinics - we care about your health; Benefit cafe - spend monthly on interests, hobbies, sports, etc.; events - take part in master classes, visit team buildings and corporate companies; training, training and training again - an individual budget for courses, corporate English, workshops and an online library.
