UX researcher in UX design jobs

We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of UX researcher. As a UX researcher you will research user experience in new markets to help improve or successfully launch our product. We are constantly improving our work, so you will have the opportunity to influence the process in order to obtain quality results. What we expect: Experience as a UX specialist for at least 2 years; Practical experience in usability research; Experience in drawing up plans and scenarios for A/B tests; Ability to analyze results and prepare reports; Understanding of key product and business metrics; Experience with figma, user tracking tools (for example, hotjar); Good communication skills, ability to convey ideas to the team; Responsibility, good analytical skills; Willingness to develop and take on new functions. Your duties: User analysis (empathy maps, personas, mental models, etc.); Interaction design (choice of patterns, development of user interaction and functionality scenarios, interface prototyping); Creation of plans, scenarios and reports based on usability testing; Analysis of competitors; Development of wireframes.
