We are more than happy to support our Global Partner - a leading technology company, with the recruitment for the UX Lead role (eCommerce) . In this role you will drive the adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of the new Shop eCommerce Platform.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of B2B experience with a strong focus on UX/UI and CX, showcasing shippable products in a design portfolio.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools; SAFe certification is a plus.
• Expertise in UX design principles, HCD methodologies, and design tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
• Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce) and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Proven track record in enhancing customer experience and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
