• Experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with active participation in all stages of product development from 3 years
• Experience of successfully implemented projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma Design Systems & Style Library, JTBD
• Ability to present work, have a product approach and good skills UX
• Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to problem solving and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and customers
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems and find effective solutions
• Ability to plan time and tasks to complete projects in an orderly manner

In our team you will:

• Research users: conduct interviews, surveys, and testing to understand user needs and behavior
• Analyze current design, suggest improvements that will help improve key product metrics

• Process collected data, identify key issues and opportunities for improvement
• Create responsive and highly accurate designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to understand requirements project and their implementation into effective design solutions
• Use user experience maps (creation of journey maps to visualize user paths)
• Design information architectures: create product structures and navigations
