- Experience in a similar position (supported by a portfolio)
- Experience in designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and RWD
- Knowledge of issues and processes in the field of User Experience (from the concept phase to monitoring the effects of your work and cooperation with developers)
- Knowledge of design patterns, UI elements and the ability to use and create them appropriately depending on the context and needs
- Ability to create mockups and design high fidelity user interfaces
- Understanding the value of System Design, ability to work on ready-made components and DS expansion (must have)
- Extensive knowledge of designer's work tools (including Figma )
- Ability to translate business requirements into UX concepts
- Assertiveness and well-developed communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products (preferred)
- Attention to detail, independence, but also the ability to work in a team
