UX Designer in Respaid

We are looking for product designer with deep experience in understanding of web applications, especially dashboards. The ideal candidate should have experience in the financial industry, creating simple and intuitive dashboards for fintech products.

Required

* Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English (we are international team and for this particular position good level of English is a must)
* Experience working with product in FinTech or PSP
* Experience working in a cross-functional team and within an agile organisation
* Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.

* Excellent knowledge of information and data visualisation

* Excellent knowledge of typography

* Strong proficiency in user research and communicating design decisions

* Strong knowledge of translating client requirements and objectives into actionable user stories, sitemaps

* Portfolio of recent project work (e.g. behance, dribbble, etc)

Please include the link on at least one full prototype of one of your past projects with the at least one complete flow/user scenario in it

Nice to have

* Experience working with business intelligence dashboards

* Experience with Storybook

* Experience working with design systems
* Experience working with MixPanel, Hotjar will be considered as plus
* Knowledge of Slack, Slacklist, Canva

* Experience working on French market will be huge plus

* Copywriting experience or ability to use tools such as ChatGPT to create logical text

Responsibilities

* Design new or improve existing product pages

* Rethink and improve deeply existing user dashboard design system

* Create user flows and user scenarios through research and user testing

* Ship, measure, and improve your design based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

* Work closely with a product owner and developers

* Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders
